Home & Business Plans
Home Pest Control
Spiders in the garage, crickets at the back door and a mouse behind the stove are everyday problems in Amarillo houses.
Quarterly Pest Control Plans
Panhandle pests arrive in waves: moths in spring, scorpions in summer, crickets in late summer and mice when the first freeze hits.
Commercial Pest Control
A mouse in a stockroom, roaches in a break room or birds over a loading dock can cost a business customers and a clean...
Restaurant & Food Facility Pest Control
German cockroaches, flies and mice are the pests a health inspector and your customers notice first.
Apartment & Rental Pest Control
When roaches or bed bugs show up in one unit, the units on either side are usually next.
Emergency Pest Control
A wasp nest over the front door, a snake in the laundry room or a bat flying through the bedroom cannot wait until Monday.
Termites

Termite Control
Native subterranean termites live in the soil under Amarillo and work their way into houses through mud tubes you rarely see.
Termite Inspections & WDI Reports
Most Amarillo home sales include a Texas Wood Destroying Insect Report, and many owners want a yearly termite check anyway.
Termite Bait Stations
Termite bait stations sit in the soil around your house and quietly intercept foraging termites before they reach the foundation.
Pre-Construction Termite Treatment
The easiest time to protect a house from termites is before the slab is poured, while the soil is still open.
Spiders, Scorpions & Indoor Insects

Spider Control
Webs under the eaves, wolf spiders in the garage and black widows in the meter box are all part of life in the Panhandle.
Brown Recluse Control
Brown recluses hide in closets, garages and stored boxes, and most people only notice them when one turns up in a shoe or a...
Scorpion Control
Striped bark scorpions climb into attics, then drop into bedrooms and bathtubs when the summer heat builds.
Cockroach Control
Small brown roaches under the sink and big reddish ones coming up the floor drain are two different problems with two different fixes.
Ant Control
Ants trailing along a baseboard or pushing sand up through a slab crack usually mean a colony is nesting close by, often under the...
Silverfish & Earwig Control
Silverfish in the bathtub and earwigs under the doormat both point to one thing: a damp spot the bugs have found in a dry...
Pantry Pest Control
Small moths fluttering out of the cabinet or tiny brown beetles in the flour usually mean one infested package has seeded the whole pantry.
Carpet Beetle Control
Bald patches in a wool rug, holes in a stored sweater or bristly larvae under the bed point to carpet beetles feeding somewhere quiet.
Seasonal Invaders

Miller Moth Control
Miller moths pour into Amarillo homes from late April through May, fluttering around lamps and piling up dead on window sills.
Cricket Control
Black field crickets can show up by the hundreds in late summer, chirping in the garage, piling against storefront glass and slipping under doors.
Boxelder Bug & Elm Leaf Beetle Control
When boxelder bugs coat a sunny wall in fall or elm leaf beetles crawl out of window frames in winter, they are looking for...
Centipede & Millipede Control
A big redheaded centipede on the bathroom wall or a pile of curled-up millipedes by the patio door after a fall storm both send...
Fly Control
Flies circling the kitchen, crowding a back door or hovering over a sink drain are breeding somewhere close by, usually within a mile or...
Biting & Stinging Pests

Bed Bug Treatment
Itchy bites in a line, tiny dark spots on the mattress seam or a live bug in the headboard usually mean bed bugs came...
Bed Bug Heat Treatment
Heat treatment raises a room hot enough, long enough, to kill bed bugs and their eggs in the mattress, furniture and cracks in a...
Flea Control
Fleas biting your ankles in a house you just moved into, or a dog that will not stop scratching, usually mean a flea cycle...
Tick Control
Ticks climbing the living room wall or clustered in a dog run usually mean brown dog ticks are breeding around the house, not just...
Mosquito Control
Mosquitoes biting on the patio at dusk usually mean they are breeding in standing water close to home, in a clogged gutter, a planter...
Wasp & Yellowjacket Removal
A paper wasp nest over the front door, yellowjackets streaming out of a hole in the lawn or buzzing inside a wall all call...
Bee Removal
A honey bee swarm resting on a fence post and a colony living inside your wall are two different problems, and both need a...
Rodents & Wildlife

Rodent Control
Droppings in a kitchen drawer or scratching in the attic at night usually mean house mice, and gnawed feed sacks in a barn often...
Rodent Exclusion & Sealing
Trapping clears the mice inside, but every gap a quarter inch or wider is an open door for the next ones.
Prairie Dog Control
A black-tailed prairie dog town on the lot next door can spread into your yard, pasture or horse pen within a season.
Pocket Gopher Control
Fresh fan-shaped dirt mounds popping up across a lawn or along a pasture edge usually mean a pocket gopher working underground.
Skunk Removal
A skunk denning under your porch, deck or shed brings odor, holes and a rabies concern for pets.
Raccoon Removal
Heavy thumping in the attic at night, a torn soffit or a chimney full of chatter usually means a raccoon has moved in.
Squirrel Removal
Fox squirrels running the power lines in older Amarillo neighborhoods will chew into an attic through a soft spot at the eaves or a...
Snake Removal
A snake coiled by the back door, in the garage or under the AC unit needs to be identified before anyone gets close.
Bat Removal & Exclusion
Bats streaming out of a gable vent at dusk or droppings piling up under an eave mean a colony is roosting in your attic...
Bird Control
Pigeons on a roofline, sparrows nesting in a sign and starlings packed into a vent leave droppings, noise and blocked airflow.
Dead Animal Removal
A sweet, rotten smell that gets worse every day usually means an animal died in a wall, attic or crawlspace.
Lawn Grub Control
Brown patches that peel back like loose carpet in midsummer often mean white grubs are eating the roots under your lawn.
Attic Cleanup & Insulation Replacement
Once mice, rats, raccoons, squirrels or bats are gone, the attic they lived in still holds droppings, urine-soaked insulation and a lingering odor.
What happens when a technician comes out
You call, we listen
Tell the office what you are seeing and where. A few questions up front mean the technician shows up with the right gear.
Inside and outside walk
We check the attic access, garage, kitchen and bath plumbing, then walk the slab line, weep holes, vents and door seals.
Find the source
We look for where the pest lives and how it gets in, not just the spot where you saw it.
Treat and seal
Baits such as Advion, dusts or a targeted liquid like Termidor go where the pest lives. Small gaps get sealed on the spot and bigger repairs are pointed out.
Explain and follow up
You hear what was used, where it went and when kids and pets can go back in. If pests come back between visits, call and we return.
