Scheduling, pricing, preparation steps and any follow-up for a job are explained on the call and at the visit. Those details, confirmed with you before work starts, govern the service.
How calls are handled at peak times
Our line is answered 24 hours a day. During the busiest stretches, such as the spring miller moth run or the first cold snaps of fall, every technician can be out on jobs at once. If your problem cannot wait, we may pass your call to another established pest control company that serves the Amarillo area so you get help sooner. That company sets its own scheduling, pricing and terms for the work it does.
