What this notice covers
This notice explains how Pestcon, Inc. handles information on pestcontx.com and when you call our office at (806) 552-3060. It was last updated on October 16, 2026.
Information you give us on a call
When you call, we may ask for your name, phone number, service address, the pest problem you are seeing and details about your home or business such as pets, access and gate codes. We use this only to answer your questions, schedule and perform service, follow up on the work and keep service records.
Information this website collects
This website has no accounts, no sign-ups and no place to type in personal details. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on it. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which are used for security and to keep the site running.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page opens. The office map on our pages loads from Google Maps only if you choose to show it. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only when needed to provide the service you asked for, when the law requires it, or to protect our customers, staff or property.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept as long as we need them for service history and as required by Texas rules, including records tied to wood destroying insect reports.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Call (806) 552-3060 and the office will help.
